A Valid Member is a duly registered Member and has met minimum criteria of membership which is
i. Paid Registration Fee of KES 500/=
ii. Acquired at least 1 Share of KES 2,500/=
iii. Active Account for 3 months with minimum savings of KES 1,000 monthly.
